FC4 Type Inspection Liquid Commodity Standard Measuring Instrument is developed in accordance with the "Regulations on the Metrological Supervision of Quantitatively Packaged Commodities" issued by the National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and the JJG-2000 "Rules for the Metrological Inspection of Net Content of Quantitatively Packaged Commodities" issued by the National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. This product features portable packaging, a wide measurement range, and accuracy superior to graduated cylinders and volumetric flasks. It is convenient to use and can meet the verification requirements for various liquid commodity ranges from 10-1000ml. It serves as a standard measuring instrument for quantitatively packaged laboratories and is also a metrological device used by law enforcement departments for on-site inspections.

II. Technical Parameters   

(1)  This product is made of colorless transparent borosilicate glass material through blowing. After good heat treatment, its residual stress is ≤80nm/cm optical path difference.

(2) Accuracy Allowable Error Value

Within 10-400ml: ±1.0ml

Within 400-1000ml: ±2.0ml

III. Storage and Maintenance Precautions

The standard measuring instrument for inspecting food and beverages should be separated from that for pesticides and should not be mixed using the same instrument.

After use, the standard measuring instrument should be rinsed clean to avoid dirt accumulation.

When not in use, the standard measuring instrument should be laid flat in the packaging box.

For on-site inspections outdoors, avoid severe impacts.
